Emergent Architectures

Emergence refers to the phenomenon in which a complex entity manifests properties or behaviors that its individual parts lack on their own. These distinctive characteristics only emerge through the interaction of the parts within a broader system. In this series, I intuitively cut slabs to aggregate into unique forms. Some pieces become pure sculptures, others transform into vessels, all representing a process of becoming.
